Street Use Permits and Street Event Closure Procedure
 In order to guarantee a safe and fun event, please apply at the Municipal Services Center, 1551 E. M L King Jr. Pkwy., Des Moines, IA 50317, at least 90 days in advance for a non-residential street closure and at least 30 days in advance for a residential street closure.  For assistance contact the City Manager's Office at (515) 283-4141.
