What We Do

The Planning and Urban Design Division performs long-range and development planning, urban design and planning support for Downtown projects and prepares the Comprehensive Plan. Development Planning includes staff support for the Plan and Zoning Commission, the Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Historic Preservation Commission, as well as support for the City’s development review processes.
