Hubbell Avenue Corridor Study
What is the Hubbell Avenue Corridor Study?

The City of Des Moines is currently studying safety and traffic operation improvements along the Hubbell Avenue Corridor from E 33rd Street to E 38th Street.  The City has hired a consulting firm, Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC, to help analyze existing conditions, develop alternatives and associated impacts, and recommend a preferred alternative.  There will be numerous opportunities for public input throughout the project including public open houses during the study phase, City Council meetings during the planning and funding phase, and specific property impact meetings during the design phase.  Please feel free to contact us at any stage throughout the project with your concerns.  The goal of this project is to create a safe and efficient corridor that can handle today’s traffic as well as future growth on the east side of Des Moines.
