Monthly parking starts at $115/month. The city offers three different types of monthly parking, shown below, for different monthly rates. Call ABM Parking Services at (515) 243-8442 for specific rate information.
Monthly floater =   Provides the parker with an access card to enter the garage 24/7 and park in any available space that is not “signed”(including the rooftop) if available.
Monthly preferred = Provides the parker with an access card to enter the garage 24/7 and park within a signed “designated” area.
Monthly Reserved = Provides the parker with an access card to enter the garage24/7 and park in the same “reserved”  space each time.

Center Street Park & Ride Parking Garage, 1st & 2nd Hours -- $1.00/Hour. Additional Hours $.50/Hour
