 The function of the Treasury Division is to manage the City's investments within the policy guidelines established by City Council and state law, including "safety, liquidity, and yield" - in that order of priority.


Window Hours - Open to Public

The Treasury Division window is open to the public during the hours of 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  Our business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  You may contact us by email, phone (515) 283-4140 or fax (515) 237-1670.  The general number to the Finance department is (515) 283-4921.
