Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan (ACOP)


As required by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, DMMHA has adopted a written ACOP. The ACOP is the principal operating statement of the local policies to be used for the administration of the public housing program. DMMHA reviews and updates the ACOP at least once a year.
