    The Holiday Food Project helps to provide a 3-5 day supply of nonperishable food items plus a $20.00 gift certificate to a local grocery for purchasing fresh produce and meat. Our goal is to serve 1,000 families in December. We accept donations for this project year-round.

It connects people without bank accounts to affordable financial services including checking, savings, and financial education opportunities.

    The personal pantry program assists families ensure clean homes, health, and wellbeing by providing cleaning and personal hygiene products. Donations are accepted year-round.

Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan (ACOP)


As required by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, DMMHA has adopted a written ACOP. The ACOP is the principal operating statement of the local policies to be used for the administration of the public housing program. DMMHA reviews and updates the ACOP at least once a year.
