• Holiday Food Project

    The Holiday Food Project helps to provide a 3-5 day supply of nonperishable food items plus a $20.00 gift certificate to a local grocery for purchasing fresh produce and meat. Our goal is to serve 1,000 families in December. We accept donations for this project year-round.

Family Self-Sufficiency Program (FSS)


As required by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, DMMHA has adopted a written FSS Program plan. The purpose of the FSS Program Plan is to establish local policies for carrying out the Family Self Sufficiency Program in a manner consistent with HUD requirements and local needs. DMMHA reviews and updates the FSS Program Plan at least once a year.
