SPM Health Insurance

The Mayor, City Council Members and appointed officials (City Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk & Human Rights Director) contribute 10% of the premium for single and family coverage. Department Directors contribute 3% of the monthly single premium cost and 9% of the monthly family premium cost.  Non-directors contribute 1% of the monthly single premium and 3% of the monthly family premium.
