Sponsorship and Business Partner Opportunities
The Des Moines Civil and Human Rights Commission is on a mission to provide the most innovative and relevant content to the Greater Des Moines area. Our goal is to unite residents across Central Iowa with a Symposium program that inspires attendees, generates ideas, and engages community through interactive workshops.
Symposium Sponsors assist in our efforts to ensure the inclusion of every voice in the conversation with donations that enable us to keep low registration costs for Iowans.
There are four sponsorship levels:
Champion - $2,500 +
Defender - $1,500 - $2,499
Advocate - $1,000 - $1,499
Ally - $500 - $999
All sponsorship levels include: acknowledgment on the event website and social media pages, a booth or table to display your company's information, and include registration for two (2) employees or representatives to attend the Symposium.
For more information on the benefits of each sponsor level, download the 2019 Symposium Sponsorship Form, or contact Emily Cohen at EACohen@dmgov.org.
BUSINESS PARTNER PROGRAM
Our Symposium Business Partner Program incentivizes businesses to send direct service and managerial staff to the Symposium as a paid-day of training. Businesses are in the position to set the model for an inclusive community and excellent customer service, and can prepare their staff members to intervene and eliminate discrimination in the workplace. This is an opportunity for a Business to set itself apart with a commitment to create a city free from discrimination.
Businesses who participate in this program receive recognition as a Partner in the Symposium program, website, social media, and closed-circuit broadcasts throughout the Symposium at no additional cost.
For more information on the requirements, or to register as a Business Partner, download the 2019 Symposium Business Partner Form, or contact Monserrat Iñiguez at MRIniguez@dmgov.org.
