Unlocking Enclosed Shelter
You must have your shelter rental confirmation to show and meet a Park Employee at the reserved enclosed shelter at the start time of your reservation to unlock the door. If you are not present at the appointed time, your reservation will be cancelled and NO REFUND WILL BE MADE. Private locks cannot be placed on park buildings.
Refunds will not be made on any cancellation unless notice has been given to the Park and Recreation office at least 10 days prior to the date of the reservation.
Assignment of shelter to another party is not allowed.
Approval of this application reserves the requested area, avoiding conflict with other users. Cleanliness of the area may depend upon previous users and cannot be guaranteed by the Park and Recreation Department. Restrooms may not be available, depending upon weather conditions (plumbing winterized).
By completing and paying for your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the above.
