Cost is $60 per team. Participants must be 16 or older. Games will be played on Wednesdays beginning July 2 at the Greater Des Moines Softball Complex. Both competitive leagues and recreational leagues are available. Sign up your team today!

Gray's Lake Park
Give your smartphone a break and head out to Gray’s Lake over lunch to “Tweet Up” with the birds. Every Wednesday, March - May from 11:00-11:45am join local birder John Bissell. Get to know the water and land birds that stop by Gray’s Lake Park as they pause to refuel for their continued journey north during spring migration. March 5 - April 9 emphasis will be placed on water birds such as ducks, geese, loons, grebes, mergansers, pelicans, and herons and the public will meet in the beach parking lot on the north side of Gray’s Lake. From approximately April 16 - May 28 sessions will meet in the southeast parking lot for viewing of songbirds such as warblers, vireos, thrushes, and sparrows.

The Hub Spot (215 Water St)
Des Moines Parks and Recreation invites you to participate in Yoga at the Hub Spot (215 Water St.) during your lunch hour. This 45-minute program will be held every Wednesday, May through June and will begin at 11:30 a.m. Sessions will be taught by local yoga instructors, so come join the fun and relax over your lunch break.
