INSPECTION
SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
The
NCS Division provides inspection services
and construction management assistance
to provide homeowners with accurate
information on the condition of their
property, disclosure of mechanical
and structural deficiencies, and recommendation
for corrective actions. These services
help maintain and improve the City’s
housing stock and create homeownership
opportunities for low and moderate
income residents.
