The following is a list of private home inspectors that have been recognized by the
City of Des Moines for the purpose of performing private home inspections for
properties to be sold on contract, pursuant to Chapter #60 of the Municipal Code.
A specific form, available from the receptionist in the Community Development
Department at 602 Robert D. Ray Dr., previously known as East First Street,
must be used for these inspections.
