City Manager's Office Staff

Joyce has been with the City Manager's Office since January, 1990. She received her Associate Degree in the Office Technology Program at Des Moines Area Community College in 1998, and is presently working toward her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. In May 1998, Joyce received certification as a Certified Professional Secretary (CPS).
