Human Resources 

Betty joined the City in November of 1982 as an Intermediate Clerk Typist in the Safety & Training Division, where she continues to work. She is a graduate of Des Moines Technical High School.

Her position has developed over the years and now includes handling all aspects of Workers’ Compensation claims administration.
