How do I make a service request or a complaint to the City's Information Center?
If you have an issue or request for the Information Center you can:
- Email the Information Center at info@dmgov.org
- Fill out our online feedback form
- Use our CDM Self-Service system to monitor requests
- Call (515) 283-4500 and speek directly witha Customer Service Representative
It's helpful if you can give as complete a description as possible. For example, noting the exact address of a house with junk in the yard or location of a pothole that needs to be repaired. If you're reporting a junk car either on the street or in a yard, note the make, model and color of the car and the license number (if available). This allows the Information Center to pass this information on to proper city division, who will locate the problem and take whatever action is necessary.
