Rental Rehabilitation Program
The NCS Rental Rehabilitation Program assists rental property owners to improve existing rental housing and provide additional affordable housing units in Des Moines. By providing this assistance, the NCS Rental Rehabilitation Program extends the life of properties, increases the City’s tax base, and converts vacant and dilapidated structures into quality affordable housing.
