The 7th & Grand Parking Garage will be closed for demolition at midnight Friday, August 28th. Demolition will take about six months. Immediately following demolition, a new garage will be constructed in the vacated block of the west half of the old garage and former YWCA building. Anticipated completion is winter of 2017.
