Administration

  1. Implement Governance Process
  2. Implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  3. Re-engineer IT internal processes (i.e. time reporting, change control)

Enterprise Application Development

  1. Create new look for web site (and develop web site strategy - intranet and internet)
  2. Deploy content management tool with enterprise level libraries
  3. Develop enterprise-wide e-payment strategy

Geographic Information Systems

  1. Develop GIS Strategic Plan with user input
  2. Implement Regional GIS Business Plan and Data Maintenance Plan
  3. Design, build, and maintain GIS data repository

Network Infrastructure

  1. Virtualize servers using blade server technology
  2. Build 10 Gigabyte network backbone from Armory to Airport
  3. Complete the phone system upgrade

User Services

  1. Conduct Enterprise Resource Planning (PeopleSoft) needs assessment
  2. Establish department liaisons
  3. Support enterprise Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software
