WADING POOL PROGRAM

The City of Des Moines wading pools, located throughout the City, offer supervised water play specifically aimed at children ages 10 and under. It is a great opportunity for children to meet other children, have fun, and build water confidence. Parental supervision is strongly encouraged.

Wading pools will be open in June.

*Parks in red are open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m..
Saturday and Sunday 12:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Wading Pool Rentals

All wading pools may be rented before or after operating hours, Monday through Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday. Rentals are available during the regular wading pool season. For cost information or to make a reservation, please call (515) 237-1386.
