  GENDER BALANCE REQUIRED - Five members, who must be resident voters. No persons shall be eligible for appointment on the board of Water Works Trustees while he or she holds, is a candidate for, or has within one year held, any other salaried federal, state, county, or city office or salaried federal or municipal government position.
