Calendar Year 2006-07 Workshops
(for developing the Fiscal Year 2007-08 Budget)

Each year the City Council holds a series of workshop meetings to develop the City's annual Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budgets. In the fall of 2006, work started on the Fiscal Year 2007-08 budget (for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007). At these meetings, the City Manager presents recommendations for improving services and maintaining a balanced budget. The City Council, in turn, provides feedback and direction to City staff in establishing fiscal and programmatic goals for the coming year. The public is welcome to attend and comment at these meetings.

All meetings are subject to change. Please contact the City Clerk's Office at (515) 283-4209 for updates. All workshops will be held at 7:30 a.m. in the St. Etienne Room of the Argonne Armory building (602 Robert D. Ray Dr.) unless otherwise posted.
