08-184	1.     ROLL CALL:  Present:  Cownie, Hensley, Kiernan, Mahaffey and Vlassis.  Absent:  Coleman and Meyer.
08-185	2.     Discusssion regarding establishing a sub-committee of the City Council to work with a sub-committee of the Water Works Board of Trustees to review ways the City of Des Moines and the Des Moines Water Works can collaborate.  Moved by Vlassis to appoint Mayor Cownie, and Council Members Kiernan and Mahaffey to the sub-committee and to also designate Council Members Hensley and Vlassis as alternates.  Motion Carried 5-2.
08-186	MOTION TO ADJOURN.  Moved by Vlassis to adjourn at 5:00 P.M.  Motion Carried 5-2.
