ITEM ____ OFFICE OF THE CITY MANAGER CITY OF DES MOINES, IOWA SYNOPSIS — This plat is the fourth plat for Easter Lake Estates. This plat consists of approximately 18 acres and is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD). FISCAL IMPACT – None. Streets, sidewalks, and other utilities will be put in at the owners expense. A bond for sidewalks and erosion control will be required by the City in the amount of $103,891. RECOMMENDATION – Approval. BACKGROUND – This is an area on the southeast side located in the vicinity of SE 30th Street, south of Easter Lake Drive. Development is consistent with long range land use plans.
