ITEM ____ OFFICE OF THE CITY MANAGER SYNOPSIS - Approval of the reduction of bonds for sidewalks in Easter Lake Estates Plat 4 located in the vicinity south
of Easter Lake Drive and in the vicinity of SE 30th Street. Most of the bonded work required in the plat has been
satisfactorily installed and has been inspected by the Engineering Department. The bond will be reduced from $103,891
to $25,973 covering the remaining bond requirements in the plat. |
