ITEM ____ OFFICE OF THE CITY MANAGER CITY OF DES MOINES, IOWA SYNOPSIS - This is the seventh plat of the Brook Run Village area. The area is zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD), and there are approximately 29 acres in the plat. The developer is Brook Run, L.C. (Tom Gratias, Principal, 610 Southfork Drive, Waukee, Iowa 50263). The area is located in the vicinity east of Brook Run Drive and south of Village Run Drive. FISCAL IMPACT - None. RECOMMENDATION - Approval. BACKGROUND - The area is generally east of Brook Run Drive and south of Village Run Drive. There are 29 single-family lots in the plat. The Plan and Zoning Commission approved the preliminary plat on July 19, 2001.
