Synopsis —

Approval of the final plat of Park Place Estates Plat 2 located in the vicinity south of East Park Ave between Southeast 24th Court and Southeast 25th Street.  The area is zoned R1-60 conditional.  The principal of the corporation that owns the development is John Kline, The Oaks Development Company, 2171 Grand Avenue, West Des Moines, Iowa 50265.  This plat is the second plat of the Park Place Estates development consisting of 14 single family lots on 7 acres of land.  There are approximately 4 acres of un-platted land as a part of this plat.

Fiscal Impact —

None.

Recommendation —

Approval.

Background —

This plat is a continuation of residential development in this area of the City.  There are approximately 7 acres in this plat.
