SUBJECT—

Approval of the Final Plat for Carman Estates Plat 5

 

 

SYNOPSIS—

Approval of the Final Plat for Carman Estates Plat 5 located on the north side of East Payton Avenue in the vicinity of SE 24^th Street.  This plat has approximately 26 acres zoned PUD.  The property is owned and will be developed by Silver Oaks Enterprises, LLC, Jerry Grubb, principal, 3301 NW 106^th Street, Urbandale, IA 50322.

BACKGROUND—

This is a development of 96 condominium units on approximately 26 acres of land.  This final plat was conditionally approved by the Community Development Department on October 15, 2004.
