SUBJECT—
Johnny’s Hall of Fame Sidewalk Café Lease
SYNOPSIS—
Approval and execution of Sidewalk Café Lease Agreement with JHF Corp. dba Johnny’s on Court, for a sidewalk cafe adjacent to business located at 302 Court Ave.
FISCAL IMPACT—
$493.50 annual lease revenue. There will not be any expense for the City.
RECOMMENDATION—

BACKGROUND—
On May 23, 1993, by Roll Call No. 93-2011, the Council approved a new sidewalk café lease for the property.
On June 24, 1996, by Roll Call No. 96-2298, the Council approved a new sidewalk café lease for the property.
On August 6, 2001, Roll Call No. 01-2388, the Council approved a new sidewalk café lease for the property.
On August 5, 2002, by Roll Call No. 02-1516, the Council approved a new sidewalk café lease for the property.
The sidewalk café program has proven to be beneficial to the City and the businesses involved. This new lease agreement would continue those benefits.
