SUBJECT—

Approval of the Final Plat for Carman Estates Plat 5

 

 

SYNOPSIS—

Approval of the Final Plat for Carman Estates Plat 5 located on the north side of East Payton Avenue in the vicinity of SE 24^th Street.  This plat has approximately 26 acres zoned PUD.  The property is owned and will be developed by Silver Oaks Enterprises, LLC (Jerry Grubb, principal, 3301 NW 106^th Street, Urbandale, Iowa 50322).

Approval

 

 

BACKGROUND—

This is a development of 96 condominium units on approximately 26 acres of land.  This final plat was conditionally approved by the Community Development Department on October 15, 2004.  The plat was conditionally approved by the City Council on March 28, 2005, by Roll Call No. 05-689.  That approval lapsed after 30 days when the conditions were not timely satisfied.
