AGENDA HEADING:
Resolution to approve and accept real estate documents for property located at 3401 Hull Avenue and 3325 Hubbell Avenue for the Gay Lea Wilson Trail Project - Phase III
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend approval and acceptance of real estate documents.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Amount: $500
Funding Source: 2006-07 CIP: Park and Recreation Department - Recreation Trails, PKS990000, Page 21.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Iowa Mobile Home Communities, LLC, Peter J. Sampair, Chief Manager is the owner of properties located at 3401 Hull Avenue and 3325 Hubbell Avenue. The City had previously acquired necessary real estate interests from Iowa Mobile Home Communities, LLC for the Gay Lea Wilson Trail Project – Phase III. An amended and corrected Permanent Easement is now needed to accommodate minor changes made to the trail alignment during construction of this project in order to minimize loss of trees and disruption to adjoining landowners and tenants.
