Project fundraising efforts are ongoing.
However, to allow construction during 2008, plans must be prepared now
to comply with the IDOT project development process. This will allow DMWW to place plant materials
during the fall of 2008. The
construction project will include planter and curb construction. DMWW will be responsible for placement of
amended soil and plant material in the planters.
In addition to identifying adequate funding for construction, future
actions for this project include:

Entering into a project agreement with the DOT.

our understanding of the funding and work to be done by each organization to
complete this project.
