Amendment #3 to
the FY2005 Law Enforcement Terrorism Prevention Program (LETPP) Grant
SYNOPSIS:
Recommend approval
of Amendment No. 3 to the original grant agreement which changes the
performance period of the FY2005-LEIN5-05 Grant. The approved performance period was 5/13/2005
through 12/31/2007 and now has a new end date of 01/31/2008. The change in the end date will allow all work to be
completed and all grant funds expended. There
are no other changes to the grant other than the performance period end date.
