Preconstruction Agreement for Ingersoll Run Phase 2 Storm Sewer Outlet.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
IDOT
will initially pay all costs associated with this project. The project is included under the I‑235
Predesign Agreement between the City and IDOT (Agreement No. 2001‑P-028,
dated October 9, 2000). Under said agreement,
the City shall repay IDOT a percentage of storm sewer outlet costs based upon
the percentage of drainage area for I-235 and the City. The storm sewer enhanced capacity shall be
100% City cost. This repayment will
commence in FY 2007-08.
The
Preconstruction Agreement for Ingersoll Run Phase 2 Storm Sewer Outlet project
has been negotiated with IDOT to identify the responsibilities of IDOT and the
City regarding the administration, funding, and implementation of the project
construction, as well as future maintenance responsibility of City
facilities. Construction will be in the
spring of 2008. The general alignment of
the storm sewer is along High Street from
