SYNOPSIS:
Recommend
approval of the Final Plat for Forget Properties Plat 1, located at
FISCAL

INFORMATION:
The plat
consists of a total of 3 commercial lots for development on 4.7 acres. There is also a 2.7-acre outlot at the
southern terminus of SE 15th Street, intended for a future
single-family residential subdivision, that will require preliminary plat
review prior to final plat approval.
As a condition
of the April 2006 rezoning, a 4-foot wide public pedestrian way is to be
installed from the public sidewalk along the east side of SE 14th
through the southern portion of Lot 2 connecting with Lot 3. The public pedestrian way is to be installed

Council plat approval on September 24, 2007, expired 30 days after conditional
approval was granted.
