AGENDA HEADING:

 

Sidewalk Bond Release for Three Lakes Estates Plat 1.

 

 

SYNOPSIS:

 

Release of the required surety for the construction of sidewalk in Three Lakes Estates Plat 1, in the amount of $16,129, since all of the required improvements have been completed and reviewed by the Engineering Department.

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT: NONE

 

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

 

The developer of the plat is the Erickson Development Company, Tim Erickson, President, 3010 E. Pine Avenue, Des Moines, IA 50320.  The sidewalk bond from US National Bank (LOC NO. SLCWMIL01173) for $16,129 was approved by City Council as part of the overall approval of this final plat.  The subdivision plat, entitled Three Lakes Estates Plat 1, is located in the vicinity of Three Lakes Parkway south of East Army Post Road.

 

The applicant now requests that the remaining bond amount be released as all of the required improvements have been completed and City Staff has verified that the improvements have been satisfactorily completed.
