AGENDA
HEADING:
Appeal of the

Inc. and represented by Regency Properties.
SYNOPSIS:
Regency
Properties (Marcus Pitts, officer, 6600

continued indefinitely to allow them time to prepare and consider the economic
feasibility of a redevelopment strategy for the subject properties. Kingsway Cathedral Inc. recently designated
Regency Properties as their representative in this matter. They were previously represented by Preservation
Properties, LLC (Bernie Van Til, manager).
Staff recommends
that the appeals be continued for an indefinite period not to exceed six months
on the condition that if Kingsway Cathedral Inc. does not request a hearing
within that timeframe, the appeals shall be considered denied.
