AGENDA HEADING:
Approval of an agreement between the cities of Des Moines and West Des Moines continuing the joint ownership of Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) Equipment.

Amount: Minimal costs (The fiscal impact is expected to be minimal. The agreement provides for the sharing of costs for maintenance and repair.)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The Candidate Physical Ability Test
(CPAT) is a nationally recognized testing instrument developed by the
International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) and the International
Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) to measure a candidate's ability to meet
the physical qualifications critical to the
job of a career fire fighter. The cities of
