Recommend
approval of the Final Plat for Haye’s Addition to Capitol Heights No. 2 located
at

INFORMATION:
The plat
consists of two (2) single family residential lots on 1.11 acres and zoned Low Density
Residential (Polk County Zoning Designation).
The existing property contains one existing single family home located
on 0.35 acres. The proposed subdivision
would create a 0.76 acre lot for the placement of one single family home. Both lots will have private sanitary sewage
disposal systems in accordance with
