Approving Final Plat for Chandler’s Acres.

SYNOPSIS:

Recommend approval of the Final Plat for Chandler’s Acres, located at 4080 NE 47^th Court in unincorporated Polk County and within the two mile jurisdiction for extraterritorial review by the City of Des Moines. The owner and developer of the property is Art Cunningham, 3868 NE 44^th Drive, Des Moines, IA 50317.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The plat consists of two single family residential lots on 34,651 square feet, zoned Low Density Residential (Polk County Zoning Designation). The existing property contains one existing single family home located on 17,322 sq. ft. The proposed subdivision would create a 17,329 sq. ft. lot for the placement of one single family home. Both lots will have private sanitary sewage disposal systems in accordance with Polk County regulations for properties not connected to sanitary sewer.
