INFORMATION:
On
April 21, 2008, by Roll Call No. 08-662, the City Council set the hearing on a request
from Joseph Hill for vacation
and conveyance of the north/south alley, between
On
May 21, 2007, by Roll Call No. 07-964, the City Council adopted a
recommendation from the City Plan and Zoning Commission that the North/ South
alley right-of-way, between 22nd Street and 23rd Street from Olive Avenue to
the Interstate 235 right-of-way, be vacated and sold to the adjoining property
owners, subject to reservation of an easement for all utilities now in place
with the right-of-entry for servicing same.
The purchase of
this property will allow assemblage of vacated right-of-way to the adjoining
properties for the following owners, who have agreed to purchase their
adjoining portions of the alley:
