Subdivision improvement surety release for Brook Run Village Plat 1.

 

 

SYNOPSIS:

 

Release of the required surety for sidewalk and subdivision improvements in the amount of $36,162, with all necessary improvements related to this item being completed, as reviewed by the Engineering Department.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

 

The developer of the plat is Brook Run Village, L.C., 1350 NW 138th Street, Suite 500, Clive, IA 50325, Gene Stanbrough, Principal.  The subdivision improvements irrevocable letter of credit for $144,648 from Regions Bank (formerly Union Planters Bank) was approved by City Council as part of the overall approval of this final plat, with a $36,162 amount being released with this council action.  The subdivision plat entitled Brook Run Village Plat 1 is located along E. Douglas Avenue and Brook Ridge Court.
