AGENDA HEADING:

 

Subdivision Improvement surety release for Carman Estates Plat 3.

 

 

SYNOPSIS:

 

Recommend approval of the release of the required surety for sidewalk and subdivision improvements for Carman Estates Plat 3 in the amount of $8,828, with all necessary improvements related to this item being completed, as reviewed by the Engineering Department.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

 

The developer of the plat is Silver Oak, L.L.C., 3301 NW 106th Circle, Urbandale, IA 50322, Ron Grubb, Principal.  The sidewalk surety for $19,538 from Merchant’s Bonding Company was approved by City Council as part of the overall approval of this final plat, with an $8,828 amount being released with this council action.  The subdivision plat entitled Carman Estates Plat 3 is located along Hart Avenue east of Indianola Avenue.
