AGENDA HEADING:

 

Planned Unit Development (PUD) Restoration Bond release for Airport Commerce Park South Plat 2.

 

 

SYNOPSIS:

 

Release of the required surety for the PUD Restoration Bond of $350,754 since all the required improvements have been completed as reviewed by the Engineering Department.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

 

When a property is zoned PUD, a PUD Restoration Bond must be approved and accepted by the City Council before site grading commences.  This is required to ensure that necessary grading and ground surface restoration work is completed in a timely manner.

 

The plat consists of seven commercial development lots in accordance with the approved PUD Concept Plan, located along Gannett Avenue, south of Relocated Army Post Road and west of SW 28th Street.  The developer of the project is West Lakes Properties, LC, 4949 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, IA 50266, Evan Oster, Principal.
