ORDINANCE NO. 13492

AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, by repealing Sections 27-2366 and 27-2729 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-2366 and 27-2729, all relating to traffic regulations.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines,
Iowa:

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, be and is hereby amended by repealing Sections 27-2366 and 27-2729 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-2366 and 27-2729, all relating to traffic regulations, as follows:

27-2366. LANEWOOD DRIVE--MAQUOKETA DRIVE TO WAVELAND DRIVE.
Lanewood Drive, on the north side, from Waveland Drive to a point 50 feet east thereof, no parking any time.
Lanewood Drive, on the south side, from Maquoketa Drive to Waveland Drive, no parking any time.


27-2729. WAVELAND DRIVE--LANEWOOD DRIVE TO FORTY-FIRST STREET.
Waveland Drive, on the north side, from Lanewood Drive, to a point 50 feet west thereof, no parking any time.
Waveland Drive, on the south side, from Lanewood Drive to Forty- first Street, no parking any time.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
