ORDINANCE NO. 13,506

AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, by repealing Section 27-2680 thereof and enacting a new Section 27-2680, all relating to traffic regulations.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines,

Iowa:

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, be and is hereby amended by repealing Section 27-2680 thereof and enacting a new Section 27-2680, all relating to traffic regulations, as follows:

27-2680. EAST VIRGINIA AVENUE--SOUTH UNION STREET TO SOUTHEAST TWENTY-SECOND STREET.

East Virginia Avenue, on the south side, from Southeast Fifth Street to Southeast Eighth Street, no parking any time.

East Virginia Avenue, on the north side, from Southeast Seventh Street to a point 50 feet west thereof, no parking any time.

East Virginia Avenue, on the south side, from Southeast Fourteenth Street to a point 50 feet east thereof, no parking any time.

East Virginia Avenue, on the north side, from Southeast Fourteenth Street to Southeast Seventeenth Street, no parking any time.

East Virginia Avenue, on the north side, from Southeast Twentieth Street to Southeast Twenty-second Street, no parking any time.

East Virginia Avenue, on the south side, from a point 130 feet east of Southeast Twentieth Street to a point 240 feet east thereof, no parking any time.

East Virginia Avenue, on the south side, from Southeast Twenty-second Street to a point 175 feet west thereof, no parking any time.

Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
