ORDINANCE NO. 13,519

AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 12,080, passed January 3, 1994, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,245, passed Septebmer 25, 1995 by repealing Section 27-657.07 thereof and enacting a new Section 27-657.07, all relating to traffic regulation changes.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines,

Iowa:

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 12,080, passed January 3, 1994, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,245, passed September 25, 1995 be and is hereby amended by repealing Section 27-657.07 thereof and enacting a new Section 27-657.07, all relating to traffic regulation changes, as follows:

27-657.07. RATES FOR COURT AVENUE PARKING GARAGE.

Subject to section 27-658 of this subchapter, the following rates shall be charged at the Third and Court Parking Garage.

First Hour $ 0.40 per hour

Second Hour $ 0.40 per hour

Each Additional Hour $ 0.50 per hour

12 Hour Maximum $ 3.50

24 Hour Maximum $ 4.50

Monthly Floater $61.00

Monthly Reserved $64.00

Monthly-4:00 P.M. until 6:00 A.M. $30.00

Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from

and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
