AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, as heretofore amended by repealing Sections 27-1588, 27-1658, 27-1891, 27-1982, 27-2633 and 27-2845 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1588, 27-1658, 27-1891, 27-1982, 27-2633 and 27-2845, all relating to traffic regulation changes.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines,

Iowa:

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,725, passed September 23, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,951, passed March 15, 1993, and amended by Ordinance No. 12,042, passed September 27, 1993, and amended by Ordinance No. 12,079, passed January 3, 1994, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,218, passed August 7, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,407, passed January 6, 1997, be and is hereby amended by repealing Sections 27-1588, 27-1658, 27-1891, 27-1982, 27-2633 and 27-2845 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1588, 27-1658, 27-1891, 27-1982, 27-2633 and 27-2845, all relating to traffic regulation changes, as follows:

27-1588. EAST THIRD STREET--EAST COURT AVENUE TO MAPLE STREET.
