AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, as heretofore amended by repealing Sections 27-1589, 27-1946, 27-2012, 27-2512 and 27-2820 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1589, 27-1946, 27-2012, 27-2512 and 27-2820, all relating to traffic regulation changes.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines,

Iowa:

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,712, passed September 9, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,810, passed May 4, 1992, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,828, passed June 15, 1992, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,935, passed March 15, 1993, and amended by Ordinance No. 12,052, passed October 18, 1993, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,160, passed February 27, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,441, passed March 17, 1997, be and is hereby amended by repealing Sections 27-1589, 27-1946, 27-2012, 27-2512 and 27-2820 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1589, 27-1946, 27-2012, 27-2512 and 27-2820, all relating to traffic regulation changes, as follows:
