AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, as heretofore amended, by repealing Sections 27-319.03, 27-782, 27-816, 27-977, 27-1290.01, 27-1926, 27-1992, 27-2032 and 27-2695 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-319.03, 27-782, 27-816, 27-977, 27-1290.01, 27-1926, 27-1992, 27-2032 and 27-2695, all relating to traffic regulation changes.

Section 1. 27-319.03. FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS--LOCATIONS DESIGNATED.

The following intersections are hereby designated as four-way stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed and maintained at the following intersections and the driver of a vehicle approaching these intersections from all directions shall stop in accordance with this chapter before entering the intersections:

(1) Southeast Fifth Street and East Park Avenue.

(2) Southeast Fifth Street and East Watrous Avenue.

(3) Southeast Fifth Street and East McKinley Avenue.

(4) Southeast Sixth Street and Scott Avenue.
